You can contact the service operator to ask about personal data processed through UCDngl or to exercise applicable data protection rights. This page is not an automated request form.

Requests you can make

  • Access to personal data about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure, restriction or objection where the legal conditions apply.
  • Data portability where the right applies.
  • Withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Information about automated decisions, where applicable.

How to contact us

Include “Privacy request” in the subject and explain the request. If possible, include the post identifier, date or session details that will help locate the data. Do not send more personal information than necessary. The operator may ask for proportionate information to verify identity where there are reasonable doubts.

Response time

The controller generally must respond without undue delay and within one month of receipt, subject to lawful extensions and exceptions. Some rights may not apply in every circumstance; if a request is refused or limited, the controller should explain why and describe relevant complaint rights.

Supervisory authority

If you are in Ireland, you may complain to the Data Protection Commission. People elsewhere in the EU may be able to complain to their local supervisory authority. Official information: Irish Data Protection Commission.
